King Single Bed, Single Bed with pull out trundle single bed. Overhead Fan. Shutters on window .

Pets
Pets $10 – $20 per day for each dog or cat, other pets will be quoted. This charge will be requested from you as an additional expense after booking which will be required to be paid prior to check in. Photos of pets who will be staying are required to be sent to Pennywise Rentals prior to check in. Not all pets will be acceptable. It is advisable to ensure you send through pictures of your pet with your quote, so that we accept your pet at booking. Please provide your won bedding for your pets.. Property is full fenced at 2.1 metres high, with lockup gates. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms at anytime.

Open Plan Kitchen and Dining area. Fully equipped Kitchen with all cutlery, crockery, plates, Pots and Pans, Kettle and toaster, Nespresso Coffee pod machine, Gas stove and Fridge Freezer.

Washing Machine ( Coin Operated takes $1 coins only) and Laundry trough. Clothes line at rear of house
