Bedroom 1
Queen Sized Bed. Full Length wall built in robes with mirrors. Over head fan and Roller shutters on window. ( Quote for 1 or 2 Guests as couple) Towels and linen supplied for 2. This room is automatically booked with the house. Let us know if you prefer bedroom 2

Bedroom 2
King Single Bed, Single Bed with pull out trundle single bed. Overhead Fan. Shutters on window . Towels and linen supplied for 3. This bedroom can be booked on it own. Simply request bedroom 2 on your quote.

Pets
Pets $10 – $20 per day for each dog or cat, other pets will be quoted. This charge will be requested from you as an additional expense after booking which will be required to be paid prior to check in. Photos of pets who will be staying are required to be sent to Pennywise Rentals prior to check in. Not all pets will be acceptable. It is advisable to ensure you send through pictures of your pet with your quote, so that we accept your pet at booking. Although we do have limited pet bedding, we suggest you provide your own. Property is full fenced at 2.1 metres high, with lockup gates. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms at anytime.

Open Plan Kitchen and Dining area. Fully equipped Kitchen with all cutlery, crockery, plates, Pots and Pans, Kettle and toaster, Nespresso Coffee pod machine, Gas stove and Fridge Freezer.

DOUBLE SOFA BED in LIVING ROOM: subject to availability, please ask before booking. Listed on quote form as Bedroom 3. This is a comfortable inner spring mattress and will sleep a couple or a single, and this will be made available for you along with all towels, bed linen and pillows for two people.

Tea, coffee and light breafast items are included for your first night.

For all bookings over 14 days our cleaner will be provided each week at guests expense to ensure the property and linen is kept clean and in good order

*Long Stay Discounted Bookings for 1 May – 1 November  in any year. 28 Days payable in advance $2600 includes all rooms and sofa bed + end of stay cleaning fee. $150. Dogs and Cats additional $50 per pet.
