Pets
Pet fee will apply for each dog or cat, other pets will be quoted. This charge will be requested from you as an additional expense after booking which will be required to be paid prior to check in. Photos of pets who will be staying are required to be sent to Pennywise Rentals prior to check in. Not all pets will be acceptable. It is advisable to ensure you send through pictures of your pet with your quote, so that we accept your pet at booking. You are required to provide your own pet bedding  Pets are not allowed on the bed at anytime. Property is not fenced, however there is a great Park across the road out front for leashed exercise.

Parking is off street or onstreet. Garage is not supplied

TV ( No free to air channels) with HDMI cable attached for your devices

Amazon Prime Firestick provided. Connect via the internet on your phone hotspot and log into  your Netflix, Stan etc streaming service or use our IVIEW account as a guest

Unit Access:

Unit is front of main house, but separated at the hallway and no access between Unit and House is Available. Rear House access is via the side gate.
