Terms & Conditions

REFUNDABLE CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT Required at pickup. DEBIT CARDS not acceptable for this. The original card holder must be present to sign the original contract prior to hire. No exceptions This amount $300. If any of the drivers are holders of non Australian Drivers Licence,  then this amount will be $600 Collision Damage Loss Liability Amount $2000 (Subject to conditions of Contract) $2500 for Drivers aged 21 - 24 years.

IMPORTANT: If you cannot provide this information at booking, you will not be able to proceed with the hire and not be entitled to any refund

ONCE BOOKED you will be emailed a confirmation, which you will need to print and bring with you. We can only provide this to the customer who presents this "Confirmation of Booking" Ensure you enter your email details correctly and if not received, check your junk mail and security settings.

Roadside Assistance is included with all vehicles in the unlikely event of a breakdown.

Any charges not covered by our roadside assistance program are at the hirers risk

Driver Age Limits 21 – 75 years 2 drivers included in price Drivers must have held a full drivers licence for 2 or more years For Overseas customers, Licence must be in English or have an interpretation from their consulate which includes at least; Their Name, Address, Date of Birth, Date of Issue of Licence, Expiry Date of Licence and any conditions that apply to the driver. Drivers must be able to read and understand english.

  • 100kms included per day. Excess charged at 16.5 c per km.

  • Additional optional charges available at point of hire.

 

Please advise your attendant when you collect your vehicle, or at booking. Notice is required, if you wish any of the following;

 

 

  • AFTER HOURS FEE For pickups, deliveries and Lonsdale Depot bookings outside of MOnday to Saturday 9am to 5pm  an additional fee of $110 applies. Public Holidays will incur the $110 fee.

  • Collision Damage Loss Liability Reduction from $2000 to $500 for drivers aged between 30 - 65 years. $9.90 per day with a minimum charge of $69.30 Not available for Interstate or Kangaroo Island Rentals.
